Jaya Bachchan loses cool in Parliament while Aishwarya is grilled by ED

Actor and politician Jaya Bachchan lost her cool in Rajya Sabha's session today when she hit out at the opposition while requesting fairness from the chair. Bachchan's outburst happened while she was asked by the Chair to participate in the discussion on the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (Amendment) Bill, 2021.

“We want justice. (We) Don't expect justice from there!!! But can we expect it from you? How are you protecting the members of this house or the 12 members sitting outside?” stated MP Jaya Bachchan. She also stated that the Chair should take action against members who allegedly made personal remarks against her. Jaya Bachchan lashed out in parliament on the day when her daughter-in-law Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is being questioned by the Enforcement Directorate.
