Jay Soni on Sasuraal Genda Phool 2 sans Ragini: Give us a chance to explain why there is no Suhana

Produced by Ravi Ojha Productions, ‘Sasuraal Genda Phool 2’ is all set to hit the screens soon, but this time, there won't be Ragini Khanna's Suhana. The show does have an ensemble cast including Jay Soni, Shagun Sharma, Supriya Pilgaonkar, Sudhir Pandey, Daljeet Kaur, Anita Kanwal, and many more in pivotal roles. 

India Forums quizzed the actor about what does he think about Ragini's Suhana not being a part of the show, and whether they talk about her on the sets and miss her.

About that, Jay tells us, ''I want to say that somethings happen in life that they are not in your hands, you have loved the entire Kashyap family, I want to say that we need that love again, give us a chance to explain why there is no Suhana. It is the era of Web series right now, and when new seasons come, a lot of things change and actors are not there in new seasons and we see those things very happily. I guarantee you that this new characters of Titli will be superb to watch and her chemistry with the family and Ishaan is lovely to see. You have to give a chance to the show.''

About missing her on sets and if they talk about her, he says, ''Because we gelled up so well, you do miss her, but then you have to move on. Once in a while, we do miss her but then we also have this that we need to welcome the new character also, so we don't talk a lot about it. We have to make Shagun also comfortable. We don't talk a lot now, but initially we did use to talk about her.''

The show will be streaming from December 7.
