Janhvi and Khushi to NOT Perform at Sister Sonam Kapoor's Sangeet

The soon bride-to-be actress Sonam Kapoor's wedding preparations are in full swing now. Dulha Anand Ahuja reached Mumbai yesterday to marry his Dulhania on 8^th of May. Ahead of the D-Day, a much-talked-about Sangeet night is held on the 7^th night.

Rehearsals of the same took place yesterday at Anil Kapoor's Juhu residence. Celebrities like Arjun Kapoor, Varun Dhawan, Jacqueline Fernandez, Satish Kaushik, Anupam Kher, Karan Johar, Masaba Mantena, Uncle Sanjay Kapoor with wife Maheep Kapoor and their kids were seen walking inside the bungalow.

Now, if a recent report in Filmfare is to believe then cousin Janhvi Kapoor who was to previously dance on her late mother Sridevi's popular tracks will not be performing at the Sangeet. Sonam's mother Sunita Kapoor and brother Harshvardhan Kapoor will also not be performing at the wedding, the report claims.

Contrary to this, a source had revealed about the Sangeet to Mumbai Mirror, "Rehearsals have kicked off at Anil Kapoor's Juhu bungalow. The doting dad and mom Sunita will be putting together a special act for the bride-tobe at the sangeet. Sonam's cousins and extended family have joined in as well for the pre-wedding ceremony. They will perform on her hit songs like the Veere title track, "Abhi Toh Party Shuru Hui Hai" from the Fawad Khan co-starrer Khoobsurat, the Prem Ratan Dhan Payo title track, and "Dheere Dheere" from her music video with Hrithik Roshan, among others, besides other popular wedding songs".

Reportedly, Anil will be dancing with his buddies Anupam Kher and Satish Kaushik at the event.
