Jamai Raja actress Sara Afreen Khan gives birth to twins Aizah & Zidane

After raining instances of wedding occasions, it's time for raining babies in our tinsel town. We might just start a kindergarten in a few months for the newborns of our Telly town as we are sending congratulatory messages almost every other day. This time the happy news comes from the home of Jamai Raja actress Sara Arfeen Khan. She and her husband Afreen Khan have been blessed with two little munchkins. 

Sara's yoga trainer Jen Phenix took to her social media profile to share the news with Sara's fans. She even mentioned the gorgeous names Sara and Afreen have decided for the two angels. Sara has decided to call them Aizah & Zidane. Beautiful names, aren't they?

The adorable note read," Congratulations to my lovely student Sara who recently gave birth to her gorgeous twins Aizah & Zidane by planned caesarean birth. Her experience shows just how helpful pregnancy yoga and hypnobirthing can be regardless of what type of birth you have. ???? “I wanted to acknowledge and thank you for your brilliant techniques I learned in your pregnancy yoga which kept me and my twins calm and stress free throughout my third trimester and although I knew I was going to have a C-section, your Hypno-yoga birth preparation class kept me really calm before and throughout my operation considering I’m a nervous wreck when it comes to surgeries. I could hear your voice echoing telling me to breathe and relax my jaws.... thank you so much for helping me bring my bundle of joy stress-free in this world! I think staying calm and stress-free myself was the best gift I had given my twins during pregnancy. I’m now looking forward to your mummy and baby yoga class. “ Looking forward to seeing Sara in mummy and baby yoga soon, and yes it can be possible with twins.’’

On work front, Sara was last seen in 'Love Ka Hai Intezaar' along side Sanjeeda Sheikh and Keith Sequeira. She is a popular actress with almost a decade spent in the industry. She has played the lead role on soaps like Dhoondh Legi Manzil Humein and Zindagi Wins.
