Jaideep Alhawat Confirms Scripting of Paatal Lok Season 2 has Begun by Sudip Sharma!

Amazon Prime series Paatal Lok which premiered today has been receiving a great response from the viewers. The intriguing series has managed to captivate the audience with its plot and storytelling. Jaideep Alhawat who portrays the role of police officer Hathiram Chaudhary got in a conversation with Pinkvilla, where he revealed that creator Sudip Sharma has already begun working on the scripting of season 2. 

When asked about the possibility of season 2, he said, "Of course, there's a possibility. As far as I know, the hint that I have gotten is that Sudip sir is already working on it [scripting season 2]. I hope it happens and I would love to take the story forward." He also added that for season 2, the storyline may be of a different case or the continuation of the same case as season 2, he doesn't know. However, he added that he would love to play Hathiram again. 

"His involvement has just started. Hathiram has just entered the game. We feel that he will finally start now. Now, things are in his favour," he further added. Talking about the process of getting into the skin of a character, he mentioned that the process is the same, you get into the background. He also emphasized that when the material written is good, then half of your work is done by the writer itself.
