Ittefaq Se Song: Sonakshi - Sidharth's mysterious eyes do the TALKING

The Sonakshi Sinha - Sidharth Malhotra - Akshaye Khanna starrer upcoming film Ittefaq has intrigued the viewers and the film's no promotional strategy adds up to the curiosity.

Recent development in the film is its first song, 'Ittefaq Se'. This track is a reprised avatar of the song 'Raat Baaki' from Amitabh Bachchan - Shashi Kapoor starrer film 'Namak Halal'.

The original song's first stanza, which ended with 'Pyaar Se', has been aptly replaced with 'Ittefaq Se', in keeping with genre of the film which is a rebooted version of Yash Chopra's 1969 suspense thriller of the same name.

The actors instead of dancing on the song are seen in their on-screen avatars, in order to keep up with the film's mysterious theme. The entire song gives us a visual glimpse of the incident and bits and pieces from the movie. 'Ittefaq Se' is the only song from the otherwise song less thriller. Looks like the makers want to keep the film as realistic as possible.

The song will be part of the rolling credits of the film, which has a runtime of just 100 minutes. Directed by debutant Abhay Chopra and produced by Dharma Productions and Red Chillies Entertainment, Ittefaq is slated to release on 3^rd November.

Karan Johar tweeted about the song and captioned it, "That night, nothing was an Ittefaq".
