It's 'Friends-First' for Sara Khan on her birthday...

A big day awaits Sara Khan on August 6th, as the actress turns a year older! We hear that Sara has been having some big plans to make the day special for her and her invited guests. However, the news of her ill health has dampened all the preparations for the D-day.

We hear that problems for Sara began when she suffered a muscle catch on her back few days ago. Though she continued to shoot with the pain, she was forced to go in for a thorough check up after which she has been advised by the doctor to take complete bed rest and give her back some rest.

Well, when TellyBuzz contacted Sara, she had already made up her mind and said, "Yes, I am suffering from a muscle catch for which the doctor has asked me to take bed rest. But I have no intentions of cancelling my birthday plans as I want to celebrate my birthday with friends. I have invited all my dear ones and I cannot afford to disappoint them. I want to enjoy a lot on the day because I have been planning this since a month (laughs).'

Well, all we can say is, for Sara it is friends who come first.
