It’s exciting as well as challenging: Shruti Sharma aka Kahani on playing double role in ‘Namak Issk Ka’

Colors’ show ‘Namak Ishq Ka’ is marching towards exploring an interesting track. The promos of the same have already hit the TV screens and fans are totally loving the newness in the show. Actress Shruti Sharma aka Kahani will be seen playing a double role in the show. As per the promo, Iravati drives the car along with Gunjan seated in the car. She accidently hits a woman with her car. The girl turns out to be Kahani’s look alike. Iravati and Gunjan is left shocked to see the girl.

According to sources, Iravati will hire the girl and will make her do things as per her conspiracies against Yug and Kahani. India Forums got in touch with actress Shruti Sharma and in a candid chat she stated that she’s liking the buzz around the track. She said, “Fans are very curious to know more about this girl. They are intrigued to know if she’s Kahani or her twin sister or a doppelganger. It’s like introducing an all-new character in the show. I’m liking the buzz around the same. The character will be called Satya. Unlike Kahani, Satya is a street-smart, pick pocketer. Iravati will take her advantage for her vested interests”.

We asked the gorgeous actress about her first reaction on learning about the track, she said, “This is the first time I’m playing a double-role. So, I was excited but I know it’s going to be quite challenging and hectic also. Of what I know about double-roles is that it’s hectic for both Direction team and the actor, especially when both the characters shoot for the same scene. But yes, I’m looking forward to it”.

Speaking about the Satya’s look, Shruti said, “Satya will be seen wearing comfortable cotton kurtis and denims so it’s very refreshing for me and I’m sure the viewers will also like  the freshness. For the first time in my career, I will be seen wearing specs. Specs are adding a very different tinge to the look”.
