It is a surreal feeling to find a chance to embrace my loved ones - Akanksha Juneja

Actress Akanksha Juneja has been continuously shooting for her serial, Saath Nibhaana Saathiya 2. The actress had been busy with hectic shoot schedules for the show, which made her home sick, leaving her wanting to go home. As soon as the actress got some time, she booked the tickets and visited her parents. 

For quite some time now, the actress has been staying alone in Mumbai. Recently, she shared a video on Instagram where she is seen seeking some quality time with family and was lucky enough to find some time now.

The actress received a grand welcome from her family, who had been waiting eagerly for her. In the video shared by Akanksha, she can be seen so happy after meeting her family members and relatives.

Talking about the kind of welcome she received at home, the actress said, 

"My mother was eagerly waiting for me at the entrance of the house, she performed the aarti and applied Tilak. As soon as I reached inside, my mother and other relatives welcomed me by showering flowers. After showering the flowers, cake cutting was arranged for me. I felt so grateful for all the love that my family members showered on me. My house was decorated with my childhood pictures and balloons because I have loved balloons since my childhood."

Revealing how she feels about visiting home after a long time, the actress says, 

"It is a surreal feeling to find a chance to embrace my loved ones. I miss my family dearly and I was really looking forward to this moment. It's like coming home after a long trip. I believe happiness is seeing your family all together after a long time. I am really grateful for the unconditional love and support of my parents. Coming back home makes me happier than any place I have been. It's really nice to come back home after a long time and see that nothing has changed. Everything looks the same and feels the same."

Meanwhile, on the work front, Akanksha Juneja is currently seen in the television show, Saath Nibhaana Saathiya 2. She plays the role of 'Kanak Aka in the show.
