Is Bhumi Pednekar the synonym for Perfection in Bollywood?

Bollywood actress Bhumi Pednekar who made her Bollywood debut with Dum Laga Ke Haisha opposite Ayushmann Khurrana was praised for her brave step to play the role of Sandhya an overweight girl in this much loved romantic drama breaking the social stereotypes. Bhumi also won the best debut actress at the Filmfare awards for this film.

After her debut, Bhumi's image in Bollywood came to be known as the actress who can take up any strong roles and with that the diva bagged the film Toilet: Ek Prem Katha opposite superstar Akshay Kumar and again she ruled everyone's heart. Also, she was praised for the selection of films she made in the early stage of her career.

The actress again reunited with Ayushmann Khurrana for Shubh Mangal Saavdhan another film which focused on a social problem. Bhumi as Sugandha impressed everyone as she played the next door girl.  The actress was also a part of Netflix Original Lust Stories where she played a maid having a relationship with the house owner. For this role it required less dialogues and more expressions which the actress took up perfectly.

And later on playing Indumati Tomar in the Abhishek Chaubey's critically acclaimed Sonchiriya, Bhumi again grabbed everyone's attention in this multi starrer action thriller based on the life of rebels in Chambal. However, the film didn't do well at the box office and it was the fault of audience and not the film. Well, not talking about the film now and coming back to Bhumi we can say that she can take off any role with perfection.

Bhumi has a good fan following and in future too she will keep us entertaining and amazed with her great performances. The upcoming projects of the actress' includes Saand Ki Aankh and Bala.
