Inspired by a book, Chhavi Mittal opts for HYPNO-BIRTHING technique for her second pregnancy!

Chhavi Mittal became a household name for her stint in Zee TV's Tumhari Disha. While the actress has done other shows like Krishnadasi, Naaginn, Bandini and others she is currently most popular for her web series in Shitty Ideas Trending (SIT), which is a digital production company. The actress is all set to welcome her second baby and has been sharing anecdotes and experiences of this journey on her social media. Recently, she revealed her birth plans.

In a long post, Chhavi revealed that she will be going for an interesting birth plan. And it is called Hypno-birthing. She described the process and wrote, "It is a technique for self-hypnosis for a smooth and painless birth. Why this for me? Because it's completely in sync with my all-natural approach to many things in life. Just the way nobody taught a baby to suckle, nobody needs to teach a mother to birth. There is a very special, a very unique bond that is formed between a baby in the womb and it's mother. Hypno-birthing only guides you to be aware of it. To speak to your baby, to communicate with him/her, to be able to together decide when the baby is ready to come out, and most importantly, how. My baby and I have decided to go the spiritual way, without any stress and panic. 

The first book is the one that I'm reading now as I prepare for the birth, along with a lot of meditations."[sic] Well, this has indeed left us extremely intrigued.

For the uninitiated, Chhavi tied the knot with director, Mohit Hussein in 2005 and on December 20, 2012, the duo became parents to little angel whom they named, Areeza. Now, Mohit and Chhavi are all set to be parents again.
