Industry's Speedy Gonzales: Salil Acharya

Actor, VJ, RJ & anchor Salil Acharya recently landed up at his recording studio in SoBo on two wheels  - a cycle.  Multitasking and juggling between radio, hosting events, playing cricket, anchoring and gymming, Salil looks for the fastest mode of transport and hence his friends call him Speedy Gonzales.

He says, "It always has to be a cocktail for me from trains, auto, Uber to the audis.. everything that makes me reach faster. I cant afford to stop anywhere.  One red light can turn around my schedule. I've been eating meals on the go for the last 5 years now."

"The day starts at 5:45am everyday because I host the breakfast show for radio and if I'm lucky, it ends at 11-30 pm at the gym everyday.. but I'm not complaining. I'm doing six different things in a day. A typical traffic scenario for me -  I  pull over the car, cross the road instead of opting for a U- Turn.  I have Mumbai's transport system to thank for and my super adjusting driver for the completion of each day of mine. So forget google maps, if you want to get from point A to B in the fastest way possible.. you call me," says Salil aka 'Speedy Gonzales' as he laughs it off. 

Salil was most recently seen anchoring Pro Wrestling League and has also done films like Aashiqui 2, 3 AM etc.
