Handsome man Harshad Arora who is an eye-candy of a million girls needs no introduction. Today, we at Tellybuzz take this opportunity to get chatty with the Beintehaa (Colors) actor who is all set to mesmerize the audience with his new project Swadheenta (Star Plus)!

Speaking about his journey in this industry, Harshad said, "It has been an amazing and absolutely stunning journey so far. I think I am one of the luckiest persons to get a break in this industry without much struggle."

"I never planned to take up acting but when I participated in my college fest and won a fashion show, I started getting offers for print ads and TV commercials. You would be surprised but initially I worked under a public relations company when I started getting offers for television shows! This is the time I packed my bags and tried giving it a shot into acting. What's more? I was offered Beintehaa, my first break which worked up pretty well." He added.

Speaking about his debut, Harshad mentioned of how any project which is a hit will always be compared to an actor's next project. The fine-looking man also opened up about how he bagged his new show Swadheenta.

He stated, "My producer called me and they were very keen on signing me up for Swadheenta. During that period I had recently rejected one show. The article got published in the newspapers and I guess he happened to read the same. This is when he offered me Swadheenta which after reading the script I was keen on being a part of it!"

Of what we know, Harshad will essay an IAS Officer in the show.

Elaborating on his role, he averred, "Yes, I will be playing an IAS Officer who comes from a family of bureaucrats. My mother will be a lawyer, dad a cabinet minister and my elder and younger brother will be a part of a political party and an inspector respectively. The show will bring in a twist when I will fall in love with a girl."

Interesting!

On a lighter note, we asked Harshad of what keeps him busy these days?

Harshad mentioned that he recently finished shooting for an Indonesian project which was very well received in that country. The language was a big barrier as the script was in Indonesian language and I speak English. It was fun to learn and it was a great experience too.

He informed, "For now I am working out and have joined dance classes too as it is something which is necessary for my new show. Also, I am looking forward to meet my family as I will be shooting in Delhi, so I will get a chance to stay with my family while working also."

Good going Harshad!

I presume you mean Cabinet Minster IF? Not "Cabaret" minister? Please at least proof read your articles this is very unprofessional.

Good luck Harshad. This is proof that sometimes better things are around the corner if one thing does not work out. This role sounds very interesting. The show also sounds good. IAS officer? Good it's not about some rich idel guy but a guy with a career!
