I’ll have my privacy issues: Gaurav Mukesh jokes on wife Rajshri Rani joining the cast of ‘Imlie’

Star Plus show ‘Imlie’ is getting interesting with each passing episode. The show will soon witness a group of new entries. Actors Fahmaan Khan, Rajshri Rani and Neetu Pandey will be seen entering the show in prominent roles.

Gaurav Mukesh who happens to be Rajshri’s husband is already a part of ‘Imlie’. He plays the character of Sundar in the show. India Forums got in touch with Gaurav and asked him about his take on his wife joining the cast of the show, he said, “Well, initially I was excited and happy learning about she joining the show but later, I thought about my privacy being invaded on the sets (laughs)”.

He added, “It will be our second show together. We met on the sets of ‘Suhani Si Ek Ladki’. We were friends at that time but now, she’s my wife, so shooting experience will be different for sure”.

He further added, “We were shooting for our respective shows in Hyderabad during the second wave of pandemic. She was shooting for ‘Namak Issak Ka and I was shooting for ‘Imlie’. She knows the cast of our show and is already comfortable with them”.

While concluding, Gaurav said, “We just want to work together and deliver good performances. I’m totally looking forward to it. Hope that the viewers will like the same”.

‘Imlie’ is produced by Gul Khan’s Four Lion Films and has a stellar star cast including actors like Gashmeer Mahajani, Sumbul Touqeer Khan, Ritu Chaudhary, Mayuri Deshmukh among others.
