Bollywood flick 'Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani' had been an instant hit with the masses, given the fact that it was the first movie for Deepika Padukone and Ranbir Kapoor post breakup, and also because of the story line that it had.

And today, marks 4 years of 'YJHD', so we thought what if the movie had to be remade with TV actors, because why not? Have a look at our list:

Barun Sobti as Kabir Thapar (Ranbir Kapoor)

Kabir Thapar aka Bunny was a tough one to choose for us, but we finally zeroed down on Barun Sobti. Yes, the man we've seen weaving magic in 'Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon?' and 'Tanhaiyaan'. How would it be like to see him play the lost guy first and the deeply-madly-irrevocably in love man later on? He sure is an ideal combination of all that is needed for Bunny.

Kunal Karan Kapur as Avi (Aditya Roy Kapoor)

It would be an interesting watch to see Kunal step into the shoes of Avi. A traveler that he already is in his real life, we'd love to see him explore (quite literally) the various aspects of one's youth.

Erica Fernandes as Naina (Deepika Padukone)

Erica Fernandes as Naina is our ideal choice because we sure do see her transformation from a nerd straight to an enchantress a couple of months down the line. Moreover, Barun and Erica? Well, we can at least imagine!

Aneri Vajani as Aditi (Kalki Koechlin)

Having seen the girl play Nisha in 'Nisha Aur Uske Cousins', we are sure that no one could do Aditi better than Aneri. And well, her current role of Saanjh in 'Beyhadh' completely goes along with how Aditi is madly in love with Avi (Kunal Karan Kapoor).

Shashank Vyas as Taran (Kunal Roy Kapur)
