I was stumped to know that ‘Bade Ache Lagte Hain 2’ might take a leap: Alefia Kapadiya

Sony TV show ‘Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 2’ has been in the news. The current track of the show revolves around Ram and Priya re-marrying each other after five years. The show is slated to take a generation leap post which Nakuul Mehta and Disha Parmar will exit the show. India Forums exclusively reported that actress Niti Taylor might enter the show post leap.

India Forums exclusively got in touch with actress Alefia Kapadiya who plays the character of Sara in the show. We asked the beautiful actress about her reaction when she learned about the leap, she said, “I was stumped. Just recently our show had taken a 5 year leap already, I must admit I was surprised to hear that there might be a leap”.

Talking about her bond with Nakuul Mehta, Alefia added, “Nakuul and me, we share a spiritual bond that goes beyond being friends and co-actors. We are seamlessly tuned-in whether it be scenes together or as friendly banter.”

When asked about her go-to person on the sets of the show, Kapadiya said, “Meera Maa, for sure. I count on her to get advices, to share living skills and most of all we’re food buddies”.

I was stumped. Just recently our show had taken a 5 year leap already, I must admit I was surprised to hear that there might be a leap.

We asked her if she’d like to be a part of the show post leap, she added, “Yes! I would absolutely love to be a part of the leap and I do have some great ideas as to how Sara’s character will culminate, which I am looking forward to create”.

Talking about the kind of roles she’d like to do, Alefia said, “I see myself doing strong, skilled, powerful roles - such as Gal Godot in Wonder Woman, Jen Lawrence in Winters bone and Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman”.
