"I just pray that Erica and her mother get well soon," says close friend Sonya Saamoor

Actres Sonya Saamoor is extremely close to actor Erica Fernandez and the latter is currently down with COVID-19 along with her mother. Talking to India Forums about the same, she said, "I was really scared when I got to know that Erica and aunty have turned positive for covid. I got on a call with them, they are home quarantined and taking the best care of their health. With so many actor's news coming off turning positive, the situation feels getting worse. I just pray that Erica and her mother get well soon."

Further, Sonya appeals to the audience to be more strict towards wearing masks again and using sanitisers more frequently. She appeals to the audience to stay at home if not required to go out and to take all precautionary measures as the situation seems worsening everyday.

Lastly, she says, while shooting, they all are taking all precautionary measures as the worsening situation has created havoc in everyone's mind. Sonya advises caution but feels life has to go on and adds, "Work gives meaning to our life and we have to go to work to fulfill our commitments. But yes, you have to mentally strong and positive in your thoughts and actions."
