What does fitness means to you? What's your idea about fitness?
Fitness is like an injection for me. Just like a patient visits to a hospital to get an injection, I go to the gym to maintain my body. It's important as an actor to know about the correct exercises and know about the fitness regimes.
What efforts do you take to stay in shape?
I have a sweet tooth but I have sacrificed sweets. I follow a proper diet and wake up on time and take enough sleep. These are things required to stay in shape and to remain fit.
Are you conscious about your food choices?
No, I am not that conscious but in terms of workouts, I am! I follow all the other fitness regime.
Three things you do every day to remain fit.
1. I exercise.
2. I eat right.
3. I take a proper sleep.
Do you take protein supplements?
I do. Its difficult to build a body without taking proteins.
A celeb body you admire.
I admire the body of Aamir Khan because his body is adaptable into any kind of roles and have that particular look whether he has to be seen in a look of a wrestler or as a young college guy.
Any sport you are skilled at?
I keep playing cricket on a regular
basis and I also keep playing football and table tennis also.
What is your fitness secret?
I go the gym, work out and after a tiring day, I go to sleep.
