Hiten Tejwani (Currently seen on &TV's Gangaa) - I think anyone who has been born and brought up in India would say that he is proud to be an Indian. What make us proud to be an Indian is the values that has been instilled in us and the environment we are living in! Helping each other without knowing is very much there in India as compared to other countries because I have heard that in some other countries, people don't even know about their neighbors but here we have neighbors who are like our family members. Unity is there among us. It's difficult to make people understand as why are you proud to be an Indian. If you are sensible then you must feel proud of the country where you have been born and brought up. The way India is coming up is definitely making us feel proud to be an Indian.
Preetika Rao (Last seen on Colors' Beintehaa) - India is an ancient civilization, rich in heritage in every walk of life. We have lived the golden age of kings and kingdoms and sages and ancient texts that described the universe having many suns not just one and planets and detailed astronomy thousands of years before the universe was explored by the recent Western scientists. There is evidence of flying planes in our Vedas thousands of years before the Wright Brothers discovered the flying mechanism. We are a glorious lost civilization and I am proud to be a part of it. It every Indian today gets educated and rural India becomes self sufficient - India will gain back its lost glory.
Neil Bhatt (Currently seen on Zee TV's Tum Hi Ho Bandhu Sakha Tumhi and Star Plus' Diya Aur Baati Hum) - Every country has its own faults; none of countries and none of the Government is perfect. Our country stands out because of the multi cultural thing that we have. We are not just called as country but we are known as Indian Subcontinent and there is a reason behind it that having so many cultural diversities, we support each other. We do have fights or differences but we spend more time living with harmony than fighting with each other. This is one of the reasons why I am proud to be an Indian. No other countries have so much of diversities yet know how to live with each other. In the time of need, we all have stood with each other and lend a helping hand. None of the countries have such a rich cultural heritage that India has. All these things make me proud to be an Indian.
Mohit Malik (Currently seen on Colors' Jhalak Dikhla Jaa 8) - India is unique in its own way. There are a lot of pros and cons but I have always seen the positive side of it and I think India has moved towards growth. I am a big time Narendra Modi fan and I think now India will grow even faster. There are a lot of other things too that makes me feel proud to be an Indian. India represents Bollywood and Bollywood represents India and we have the best cricket team in the world. People keep talking about our cricket team and Bollywood in abroad. These facts along with several other facts make me feel proud to be an Indian.
Hiba Nawab (Currently seen on Star Plus' Tere Sheher Mein) - Our constitution that has given us so many rights like rights to equality, rights to freedom, etc. makes us feel proud. India is my Motherland and our country being a democratic country, makes me feel proud too.
