What would you do to relax after a hard day's schedule of shooting?

First thing I do is hug my dog and then take a nice shower and if I get time I meditate or listen to music, that is the whole idea of relaxation.

What are your priorities in life?

My family is my main priority in life and then my work!!

What are your stress busters?

My dog, because he is like my child; whenever I see him I lose all my worries and all my tension and I feel good.

Do you think eating good eases you out of exhaustion?

Yes I really feel so because your food and your breathing habits determine your life balance, so eating healthy will help you in your life.

Do you see exercising as a good stress buster?

Definitely, I believe and I do exercise 5-6 times a week.

My job and singing..

So how do you work on your passions?

I take classes for singing.

If given a choice to make a career out of your hobby or passion, what would you choose?

I am passionate about singing and if I get a chance I will take it as a profession. To tell you all, I am already working on my passion, that is Acting.

Do you do Yoga?

Yes I perform Yoga whenever I get time.

What in yoga you perform daily?

Sudarshankriya; I make it a point to do it daily.

How important is spirituality, your family and your professional identity to you? On a scale of 1 to 10, how do rate yourself on the three?

First comes family, then spirituality, then professional identity. I think I am on a learning curve and can't rate myself in any of the three.
