"I am Not a Drug Addict", Clarifies Chahatt Khanna After Her Support For Rhea Chakraborty Post

The talking brigade continues to be all about how actor Kangana Ranaut's office was demolished by the BMC followed by Rhea Chakraborty's arrest in the drug case. Especially when it comes to the latter, even though there has been a major outpour of support for the arrest, a section of celebrities have offered their support for Chakraborty too. One of them has been actor Chahatt Khanna, who we all know for her show, Bade Acche Lagte Hain.

The actor recently tweeted about #JusticeForRheaChakraborty and following that, she went on to receive a lot of trolls where one of them read, "Q material nhi mil raha hai ky?" "You are supporting a drug supplier" and so on.

Willing to address all this, Khanna came forward and clarified her stance as she said, "Dear followers iam not a drug addict, i was never into all this nor iam part of any core bollywood group, for a reason. when i say #JusticeForRhea i mean she is suffering a lot, why dint we take a action on #jiahkhan case then? (sic)"

Talking about the case, Chakraborty was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) related to the drugs case. Post which, her friend Shibani Dandekar posted, "Roses are red, Violets are blue, let's smash the patriarchy, Me and You."

This was the quote written on Rhea's t-shirt when she went to visit the NCB for interrogation.
