Hungama 2: Shilpa Shetty, Paresh Rawal, Meezaan and Pranita ready for Confusion Unlimited! First Poster below

The 2003 Priyadarshan film, Hungama, continues to be a gem in the archives of comedy-drama films. With Paresh Rawal, Aftab Shivdasani, Akshaye Khanna and Rimi Sen in the lead roles, the film still manages to tickle your funny bones even today.

After 16 long years, Priyadarshan is set to command the second installment, Hungama 2, and this piece of exciting news has come as a delight to all fans. The star cast leading this laugh riot include Paresh Rawal, Shilpa Shetty, Meezaan and Pranita Subhash.

A few minutes back, Shilpa shared the first poster of Hungama 2 on her official social media handle. Expressing her excitement, she wrote "Happy to be a part of the reboot of everyone’s favorite comedy entertainer #Hungama2! Grateful to be working again with Ratanji who introduced me to this industry and @priyadarshandir Sir for the first time. @rtnjn @meezaanj @pranitasubhash @venusmovies @hungama2film (sic)."

Besides, veteran actor Paresh Rawal also shared the poster and announced that the film will be releasing on August 14, 2020. "Ready for Confusion Unlimited? Priyadarshan & Ratan Jain return with reboot of everyone's favorite comedy entertainer #Hungama2 Produced by @rtnjn Hungama2 will release on 14 Aug@priyadarshandir @SirPareshRawal @TheShilpaShetty @MeezaanJ @pranitasubhash #Venus @hungama2film (sic),” he wrote on Twitter.

Directed by Priyadarshan, the film reprises Rawal in the comedy-drama but replaces Shoma Anand with Shilpa Shetty. Besides, this will mark Meezaan’s second outing after his first release titled Malang in 2019.
