Hrithik Roshan Buys Two New Apartments in Mumbai

Actor Hrithik Roshan has two more apartments to his name now in the city of Mumbai. Currently, the actor has been residing with his family and kids in Mumbai's Juhu apartment but has now purchases two more. Reports suggest that Roshan has paid a mammoth amount for the two new apartments to enjoy an uninterrupted sea-facing view.

The report stated that the apartments are on the 14th, 15th, and 16th floor of the multi-facility building. As per the report, the building on the Juhu-Versova link road offers an interrupted sea-facing view of the Arabian sea.  Speaking of the apartments purchased by the actor under Rs 100 crore, it is spread over three floors, wherein one of the two apartments is a penthouse, while Hrithik is likely to integrate the other.

Both the apartments in the Juhu-Versova link road-building span across 38,000 sq ft, which is forty-six 800 sq ft flats, said the report. Reportedly, the apartments come with a 6,500 sq ft open-to-the-sky terrace and an exclusive lift, all for only the actor and his family. As per the report, Hrithik will also have access to a massive parking slot in the building, which is of ten slots. Surprisingly, the apartments are called Mannat. The report stated that the deal was closed by Roshan on Thursday, for Rs 97.50 crore to be precise.
