Hilary Duff's Hush-Hush Wedding Was Officiated by Her 'Younger' Co-Star

It literally happened out of the blue, where actor Hilary Duff officially got married to Matthew Koma in a wedding that happened in their backyard. Some people were rather shocked at how suddenly it happened and how secretively too.

However, if you thought the wedding did not have any other actors in the guest list - that wasn't the case. In fact, Duff's co-star from Younger, Molly Bernard, who plays Lauren Heller was the one who officiated her wedding. With Bernard, it was her husband, Chris Mintz-Plasse, who declared Duff and Koma, husband and wife.

While Duff and Bernard are co-stars and friends, Mintz-Plasse is not only Koma's friend but also his bowling league teammate. 

"@mintzplasse and I walked in straight out of the west wing and married our favorite couple @hilaryduff and @matthewkoma and I CANNOT GET OVER HOW PERFECT IT WAS," Bernard captioned a photo of her and Mints-Plasse en route to officiate.  "@mintzplasse's somber farewell to his better half @matthewkoma and my personal panic joy as we wed him to @hilaryduff," she captioned another shot of them at the ceremony. "WE BOOGIED," she confirmed. "As most officiants do, I fell into a deep split at the feet of bride @hilaryduff."

Well, that is what friends are for!
