Here's how Bollywood is wearing whites this season

In times of big colour trends, both on and off the runway, we find it immensely comforting to see the return of white. Like it’s counter part- black, white is eternal, the one that won’t and shouldn’t leave the fashion highstreets. Be it in form of a sexy dress or a crisp shirt, white conveys comfort and simplicity in every form. Here’s looking at how our B-town’s chicest members showing they are a true-blue white loyalist.

Janhvi Kapoor chose to put on a little white dress for Sonam Kapoor's birthday bash. Leaving barely anything to the imagination, Janhvi's bodycon sat on her like a second skin thereby highlighting her assets like nothing would have. 

Nothing spells comfortable and chic, both at the same time, like a cool cotton shirt. Anushka Sharma just donned one on her way to London today. She glammed it up with black leather boots and a canvas YSL travel tote. 

Talking of shirts, we can't get over how Sonam styled that silver accordion pleated skirt from Emilia Wickstead with a plunging neckline white shirt from Jacquemus. While that shirt definitely toned down the silver, the red lipstick brought the much needed drama.

Kiara Advani who has been on a roll with her style picks for the promotions of Kabir Singh is making a splash with this white cutwork skirt and top combo from Purple Paisley. Her ensemble is casual enough to wear to brunch and chic enough for a party!

Although white cotton dresses have been tried and tested among all for as far as we remember, the cut-out ones have been preferred by the fashionable set since almost a decade. Here we have the uber sultry Malaika Arora giving us a glimpse of what a hawt cut out number can look like….
