The Producer-Director has tuned all his energies into his most ambitious project a biopic on close friend and actor Sanjay Dutt.

Rajkumar Hirani is giving it his all and has completely detached himself from everything else.

The film maker has dedicated precious hours in a day which he spends only on Sanjay Dutt's script.

Hirani has completed the process of script writing and is currently giving finishing touches to the script.

Known for his realistic portrayal while showcasing precise nuances of his films subject, Rajkumar is treating this film as no different.

It has been a while that Rajkumar Hirani has been working on Sanjay Dutt's biopic and he is making sure to get the nerve of the untold story right.

It is also heard that now that Sanjay Dutt has been released, Raju may also take his inputs for the script.

Sanjay Dutt's biopic is to feature Ranbir Kapoor playing the part of Sanjay Dutt.

The film is scheduled to release in 2017.
