Hemachandra to host Zee Telugu SaReGaMaPa L'il Champs!!

The hot and handsome Hyderabadi contestant of SaReGaMaPa Challenge 2005, Hemachandra Vedala will now be seen in an entirely new avatar.

After the success of his first album, he is now all set to host Zee Telugu, SaReGaMaPa L'il Champs. The show has the same concept as of Zee Hindi L'il Champs where kids from age 8 to 15 will be participating to showcase their talent. Chandu, as his friends lovingly call him is extremely excited about the whole affair and shares with us his experience of being a host.

Hemachandra who started his classical training at a very young age, is amazed after hearing the talented kids of the show and couldn’t stop praising them. “The quality of singing is awesome. All the kids are sounding like professionals and I am shocked to see them sing as well as perform with so much confidence. I am also helping these contestants and trying to groom them for a better a performance”.

Hemachandra is facing the camera for the first time as a host. So, when asked if he was nervous for the first shot, he quipped, “Yes, I was very nervous but the judges of the show Usha, Bhuvana Chandra and Koti encouraged me to do well. The director, camera men gave me support and cheered me up through out the shooting. After that it was an easy affair and I felt like hosting a family function”. Hemachandra is also planning for his second album which is expected to get released in another six to eight months.  “I am unable to spend much time on the album because of other commitments. But I am working on it and recently formed a new band. We are composing songs together for the album with the usage of all the latest instruments”, adds the new host.

SaReGaMaPa L'il Champs show will be aired every Wednesday and Thursday at 9 PM only on Zee TV Telugu.
