'Govinda Naam Mera' starring Vicky, Bhumi & Kiara confirms OTT release in a hilarious video

The biggest comedy thriller of this year, Govinda Naam Mera starring the nation's heartthrob, Vicky Kaushal, and the sensational actors Kiara Advani and Bhumi Pednekar will soon release exclusively on Disney+ Hotstar. 

Karan Johar and Vicky Kaushal took to their social media handles to make a funny and unique announcement. In the video, Karan is trying to persuade Vicky to sign the film wherein he will get to play an ordinary man, with no valor and victory in the end, but someone who will have to deal with middle-class issues and tackle relationship problems. Sharing the video on Instagram Vicky wrote, "Picked the #FunVicky option. See you soon! Sambhaal lena. 🤞🏽🙏🏽😘 #GovindaNaamMera coming soon only on @disneyplushotstar! #GovindaNaamMeraOnHotstar".

Talking about this project, Producer Karan Johar said,

 “With the release of Govinda Naam Mera, Dharma Productions further strengthens its partnership with Disney+ Hotstar. We are excited to bring this holiday special film filled with power-packed performances by Vicky Kaushal, Kiara Advani, and Bhumi Pednekar exclusive to the viewers of Disney+ Hotstar.”

Director Shashank Khaitan, sharing his excitement about the film, said, “

The release date of the film is not announced yet, but as the announcement suggests, it will be streaming from the next month on Disney Hotstar.
