Govinda conferred with Doctorate for excellence in Indian cinema

Actor Govinda, who has been an absolute superstar over the years and especially since the 90s has now been awarded with a special honor that not man actors have received. World NRI Social and Cultural Associations of America has honored the actor with a doctorate for his excellence in Indian cinema. His brother Kirti Kumar has also been honoured.

It all happened at Govinda's Juhu bungalow, this afternoon at 3.30 pm. Both the brothers were present.

It was certainly a proud moment for Govinda, Kirti and their families. On the workfront, the actor recently dropped a new song titled Mere Naal over the internet. The Partner actor has disabled the comments section of the music video. 

On the movies front, the actor was last seen in Rangeela Raja helmed by Sikander Bharti. Backed by Pahlaj Nihalani, the film starred Govinda along with Mishika Chourasia and Anupama Agnihotri. It was released on 18 January 2019.
