Gehana Vasisth's anticipatory bail gets rejected by Mumbai court

While, on one hand, situation doesn't seem to be getting any better for businessman Raj Kundra anytime soon, the situation isn't getting any better for actor Gehana Vasisth as well. She had applied for anticipatory bail in a pornography case but the plea has been rejected by a Mumbai Sessions Court.

The actor had applied for bail in connection to an FIR registered against her at the Malvani police station, which has now been transferred to the Mumbai Crime Branch. Earlier this year the actor was also arrested by the Mumbai police for allegedly shooting and uploading adult content on mobile apps. She is currently out on bail.

She became the second person in case to be arrested by Mumbai Crime Branch and both of them seem to be connected to the same case. Earlier in an interview, Vasisth had defended Kundra's arrest as she said that his arrest is illegal because the police custody for 7-8 days and in the meantime, they had taken over all his belongings. She also questioned that if they want to make enquiries, why the need to keep him in custody given they have all the proof apparently.

Recently, Gehana Vasisth recorded a live on Instagram and went nude for the session. She questioned her viewers if she was looking ‘vulgar’ or ‘cheap’ and asked them if this can be considered as porn. Her caption for the video read, “without cloth live. m without cloth in this video but no one telling that it's a porn but when I wear all the cloths , some ppl claim porn. height of hypocrisy."
