While doing continuity roles, our television actors also love doing episodic series which gives them an opportunity to perform more and grow as an actor. Television's two popular actress Kanishka Soni (Diya Aur Baati Hum) and Geetanjali Mishra (last seen on Rangrasiya and currently on Ek Lakshya) will soon be seen featured on episodic series.

Geetanjali Mishra, will soon be seen featured on two episodic - Life Ok's Savdhaan India - India Fights Back and Colors' Code Red. We heard from our source, "Based on the backdrop of Varanasi, Geetanjali's Savdhaan India story will be Jyoti Bani Jwala. Geetanjali will be seen essaying the character of a widow Jyoti who gets tortured by her family. The story will revolve around how she fights back for herself. Geetanjali will be seen in a negative role on Code Red where she tortures a little kid."

When we contacted Geetanjali, she confirmed to have shot for both the shows.

Actress cum singer Kanishka Soni will be seen featured on an episode of Code Red. Our source informed us, "Kanishka will be seen playing a teacher in an upcoming episode of Code Red who will fight against the social ill superstition with the help of Kabir (Yash Sinha)."

When we contacted Kanishka, she confirmed the news saying, "Yes, I have shot for the show and it's a very different and interesting character that I got to play. It's a good feeling to play such a character which is fighting against superstition which still prevails in India. It's a very strong character that has made me opt for the show. Along with acting, I am also focusing towards my newly launched Music Band named KASO."
