Actor Gautam Gulati has managed to make the most of the immense popularity he received post his stint in Bigg Boss Season 8, which he went on to win. However, following that he also been very selective about the projects he chooses and in fact, he has only been a part of more films than TV shows lately.

Just having been a part of Radhe, the actor was also set to be a part of Ayushmann Khurrana starrer Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui. However, it can be confirmed that he has walked out of it. Talking about it with SpotboyE, he said, “I was going to do that film but the narration of the film was a bit different than what was in the final draft. Abhishek Kapoor is a sweet guy and I was really looking forward to working with him. But when the final script came to me, there were some things that didn’t seem the same way as I was told earlier in the narration about my character. Earlier I had said yes to do the film just after hearing about my character but after this happened, I spoke to my team, we discussed and ended up not doing the film."

We are sure the actor's fans would have loved to see him with Khurrana in the film but they might have to wait longer.

If they told him something different and then final script was something else...he should not do it...if its lesser screen time ...he is in early stages in his career...i know that even 5 mins role can create an impact but if his role is just to stand there and do nothing its not worth it....already ekta Kapoor had betray him and cut so many of his scenes in a previous project...he was outstanding as a bad guy in radhe

Foolish. Whats wrong with his choices? I am sure if Sallu was in this film he wouldn't have walked out -_-
Losing out on important films...he better not claim if the movie is a hit
