What does fitness mean to you? What is the idea of fitness?
Fitness is something that I love. I love to be fit and fitness means good health, it keeps you charged up and also keeps you in shape.
What efforts do you take to stay in shape?
I think its more of your mental game. I believe that if a person wants to achieve something or want to get something then the person will do it somehow. I follow the same funda that if I want to maintain myself I do all possible things. I just tell myself that I have to do it.
Are you conscious about your food choices?
No not all all because I am a very foodie person. I love eating, obviously when I am working on any project I control my eating habits.
Do you take protein supplements?
I do take at times when I need it but not regularly.
Is there any sports you are skilled at?
I am very good at cricket and after doing Dare 2 Dance I started loving Ice skating. If I get a chance I will regularly do Ice Skating.
A celebrity's body you admire?
There are many, but one who inspired me the most is Farhan Akhtar. His body was flawless in the film Bhaag Milkha Bhaag.
What is your fitness secret?
There is no secret. I believe jam ke khao and jam ke diet karo that is my secret. Eat as much you want and simultaneously do hard work.
A Fitness tips for your fan?
I would say whenever you feel lazy just get up do any physical activity you like. Do swimming, jumping, running anything you like and be happy.
