Madhuri Dixit REMINISCES working with Rajshri Production as 'Hum Aapke Hain Koun..!' clocks 25 Years!

'Hum Aapke Hain Koun..!' a pure and innocent love between Prem and Nisha remembered by all, completed 25 years recently. Salman Khan and Madhuri Dixit being one of the most loved couples in Bollywood, their fans are very eager to watch them on-screen again, maybe in a sequel to the movie.

When asked about the same, Madhuri laughed and said, "Oh my god! You want a movie for a dedication to 'Hum Aapke Hain Koun..!' That's a leap. I think I recently did a sort of, a tribute for 'Hum Aapke Hain Koun..!' in Zee Cine Awards."

Rajkumar Barjatya, who produced the movie, passed away recently. Talking about him Madhuri said, "We all miss him a lot. He was such a great person. We used to call his Raj Babu".

"I still remember when we used to shoot for 'Hum Aapke Hain Koun..!' we didn't have vanity vans at that time, the lunch was laid and we all ate lunch together. I was looking at the food and someone told me to have some of it. My instant reaction was 'Nahi, nahi, issme tel bahut hai (No, no, the food is just too oily for me).'

"I don't know how but this news reached Raj Babu and the next day the same guy came up to me and said 'Raj Babu ne kaha hai aaj se saara khaana ghee mein banega (Raj Babu has instructed to cook all the food in ghee)'. He was that kind." Madhuri reminisced.

The Dhak Dhak girl of Bollywood made her acting debut with Abodh. The 1984 drama starring Bengali actor Tapas Paul and Madhuri Dixit was produced by Rajshri Productions.

Having debuted with Rajshri, Madhuri had formed a deep bond with Rajkumar Barjatya. So much that she used get a chocolate, which she loved so much, every day she worked with him.

Recollecting another memory, the 51-year-old actress said, "I still remember the day I took up my first film with them, Abodh, I was very young, I was 16. He somehow came to know that I loved chocolates.

So every day I used to get a chocolate on the set. He remembered about it and continued with the habit while we were working for 'Hum Aapke Hain Koun..!' because the first day of shoot I had walked into my van and found a whole bunch of chocolates and I was shocked."

Concluding, Madhuri expressed how Rajshri was one of the best production houses she has worked with. They knew how to pamper their actors, how to take care them.
