Elnaaz Nourouzi on the life-time opportunity to work with Glenn Close

Actor Elnaaz Nourouzi is gradually making her presence felt in the entertainment industry bagging one big project after the other. After she made her mark with her character in both seasons of Sacred Games, the actor was appreciated for her role in the Sony LIV web series, Chutzpah. And now, she has bagged an important role in the critically acclaimed international series, Tehran.

The show has a brilliant leading cast who hail from Israel but also has the legendary multiple Emmy and Golden Globe winner, Glenn Close. The actor plays the role of Marhan Montazeri in the show and when it comes to Nourouzi, she will be working with with the legend herself. Talking about it, Nourouzi said, “It is a pinch-me moment for me. It is an honour to be part of a project with Glenn Close. I am proud to be associated with an Emmy-nominated series. I remember when I saw season 1, I told myself, you should have been part of this series - so I put it out there in the universe and here we are! I cannot reveal much about it, but I am sure the audience is going to love it as much as they did the first season.”

Whether or not they will be sharing screen space it a side we will have to wait and see but indeed it is an illustrious feather to the actor's cap of having the chance to work with her or even be a part of the same project that she is in. Apart from that, Nourouzi will be seen reuniting with Nawazuddin Siddiqui after Sacred Games in an upcoming thriller called Sangeen.
