‘Ek Duje Ke Vaaste 2’ fame Khushi Mishra bags Atrangi TV’s ‘Baghin’

The new GEC Atrangii TV and its OTT app will bring to the audiences ‘Baghin’ - the battle between MAN vs BEAST.  The very talented actor Aneri Vajani has been roped in to play the female lead. For the first time on Indian television, the heroine is possessed by the spirit of a Baghin (a tigress) and Aneri will essaying this character.  In this supernatural vendetta story, the hunter will become hunted as the protagonist a BAGHIN commences on a journey of revenge on the people who were responsible for her killing. 

While Aneri will play the lead actress in the show, India Forums has exclusively learned that Khushi Mishra who rose to fame with her stint in Sony TV show ‘Ek Duje Ke Vaaste’ will be seen essaying the negative role in the show. A source close to the project revealed that Mishra will be the lead antagonist in the project.

We couldn’t connect with Khushi for a comment.

The show will feature actor Ansh Bagri as the male lead.

Speaking about the show, Aneri had said, “I am stoked to be a part for ‘Baghin’ and play the Protagonist. It was the very challenging and unique script that attracted me. I'm pretty excited to begin shoot and dabble with the experience of playing a supernatural character."
