'Duniya mein bahut gussa hai': Ranveer Allahbadia states his mental health SUFFERED during IGL controversy

Ranveer Allahbadia, who enjoys massive popularity owing to his informative podcasts with people from all walks of lives, recently found himself in the centre of a huge controversy after a clip of him asking an 'inappropriate' question to a participant on Samay Raina's show 'India's Got Latent' broke the internet. In the said clip, Ranveer was seen asking the contestant if he would watch his parents have sex for the rest of their lives or join in once and stop it forever. This question of Allahbadia met with widespread outrage and was also criticised by CM Devendra Fadnavis.

Several complaints, court cases and warnings later, the creator is finally back with another episode of his podcast after a brief hiatus. In a conversation with Buddhist Monk Palga Rinpoche, Allahbadia, reflects on the controversy and how he has got to understand people better after the same. He says, ''Pichle 3-4 saalo mein bahut achhe moments hue, tab maine sirf Paramatma ko thankyou bola, ye nahi pucha ke ye kyun horaha hai. Abhi jab musibato ka saamna karna pada, maine thankyou nahi kaha, par bas pucha ke kyun? But at the same time ek level ki acceptance thi, kyunki jab achhi chize horahi thi tab maine unke bare mein jyda nahi socha tha, isliye jab mushkilo ka saamna karna pada, maine usko jaise hum mandir mein prasad dete hai, usi nazariye se dekha ke theek hai, maine kuch toh kiya hoga to get this kind of a response.''

''Yeh bhi pata chala ke duniya mein bahut jyda gussa hai. Main bilkul nahi keh raha hoon ke meri galti nahi thi, definitely meri galti thi aur uss wajah se maine duniya ka gussa dekha. Par insano ko aur duniya ko aur gehrayi se bhi jaana hoon. At the same time, mujhe bas kaam kar na hai, I want to keep working hard,'' the youtuber further adds.

Replying to the same, the Buddhisht monk asks Ranveer to move on and have acceptance about whatever happened. For the uninformed, not just Ranveer but Samay Raina, Apoorva Mukhija and Ashish Chanchlani also beared the brunt of the said IGL episode.
