Dr. Kalyani to die in Dil Se Diya Vachan!

We hear that Neena Gupta's bad back has literally forced her to quit Zee TV and Filmfarm India's Dil Se Diya Vachan.

A little birdie informs, "Neena Gupta is suffering from severe slip disc problem and cannot continue with the shoot of Dil Se Diya Vachan. The production house and channel were planing to show Kalyani in an unconscious state, till the time Neena Gupta got better and resumed shoot. However, the team has now taken a decision of killing her character, as Neena Gupta has been recommended complete bed rest".

The channel was even contemplating to replace the actor, but they have decided against it now.

Our source states, "The sequence where Kalyani falls from the top of a fort has been shot already. When Krushna (Ajay Chaudhary) is all set to trap Nandini (Vandana Joshi) in the fort, Kalyani comes as the girl's saviour. Kalyani gets into a tussle with Krushna, thus allowing Nandini to save herself and flee from the place. In the confrontation that happens between Kalyani and Krushna, Kalyani accidentally gets pushed by Krushna and she falls from the top of the fort".

We contacted Neena Gupta who says, "I can't confirm about Dr. Kalyani's death as being an actor I am not allowed to confirm anything. You better confirm it from the producers."

Therefore we contacted Producer Pintoo Guha who said, "Actually for the same discussion, I am going to the channel's office and will be able to talk on it only after we arrive at a decision".
