Roshni Chopra's kid sister Diya Chopra, who previously appeared in SAB's 'Love Story' and 'Left Right Left' is all set to star in REAL TV's upcoming prime daily 'Hindi Hai Hum', produced by Swastik Pictures.
She goes on. "Hindi Hai Hum is about a small town girl Bubbly (Riddhi Dogra) who comes to Mumbai. The story basically revolves around the contrast between both the girls".
Lovline will enter the scene only in fourth or fifth episode, after the lead girl moves to Mumbai. So can we expect you to have a glam babe image? "You will not see me in short skirts, but I will wear jeans and hep tunics", explains she. On whether her character will turn negative later on, the actress states, "She is quite a fun loving girl. But yes, if the creatives do want to change her nature, they will have to speak to me".
Diya says she has been quite lucky to play completely different characters in all her three shows. "I played a happy go lucky girl in Love Story, and most people still recognize me as Jhilmil even today. As for Left Right Left (Second batch of cadets), it was quite sad that this army academy show did not pick up. However, I learnt a lot from this DJ'S presentation, as Vidya was not glamorous and had to emote and get the right chemistry with co-stars, rather than just looking good", says Diya as she signs off.
