Dil Hi Toh Hai has set standards of romance for me: Yogita Bihani

Ekta Kapoor's Dil Hi Toh Hai is one of the most loved shows of small screen. After running on TV, it is back with season 2 on ALT Balaji and has gone on air since February 2. The enthralling chemistry of leads Karan Kundrra and Yogita Bihani became the talk of the town since it went on air. While season 1 was Yogita's first show and she is all set to comeback with another season, we got in touch with her to know all about Dil Hi Toh Hai season 2...

It feels great. Because we were finishing season 1 and within ten days we got news that we will be shooting season 2 as well. The love and affection of the people for which we could bring season 2 feels out of the world because it generally it takes some time to bring the next season to life.

The story was written beautifully by Ekta Ma'am and the coming back of Rithvik and Palak is amazing. Of course, they love each other and had to be back. However, for their such opposite characteristics, it won't be so easy. The family that divided them will bring them together again.

Major difference from season 1 will be Palak's character. Rithvik had this problem in his past and still doesn't know the reality and Palak almost repeated the same thing with him, although she regrets but equations have changed. Rithvik will be seen in his swag. Palak who was strong in the last season will be stronger as she will be raising two kids.

Season 2 will be more content based as there's no pressure of TV deadline and details. Shivam and Shanaya who came back after 6 years have also a lot of inputs and will contribute to the patch up. This season will have many kids and they are such amazing souls. They either will make audience laugh or cry.

In season 1, I was a more of learner and now I am owing it. From season 1, I have experienced so many things and I have learnt a lot through the show. Thanks to Ekta Ma'am, Karan, Muzammil Desai, my first director, they have supported me and guided me throughout.

I have wrapped up the shoot and it is on air but I still don't feel that Dil Hi Toh Hai is over for me.I am a fan of my show and it will always have a special position in my life as it is my first show. I love watching it and remembering the moments.

It is amazing to work with him. I have had so much fun because of him. He is a great person. He is such hardworking and passionate for his work. It is amazing that he translated all to me.

There are days when you don't feel like because you are tired and all, then, he will come and say, I am here for 10 years and this is your first show, so if you don't give your best then people will tell you this. He will come up with such nice words and motivation that it will kick you back. He was a mentor to him. It wouldn't have been great if he was not there with me. I can't thank him enough. I am a fan of Kitni Hai Mohabbatein and after 10 years I am working with Karan himself.

Dil Hi Toh Hai has my heart and it is not for season 1, 2 or 3 if it has season 10 I will continue through all. Season 1 ended at a notch that I myself felt like I don't want to do this to Rithvik. Thus I had to come back and make it right for the fans.

Moreover, it is amazing love story. And it is also Ekta Ma'am and Shobha Ma'am's favourite show, that what we always hear. So there's no chance I wouldn't do it. And not only me, but any actor of the show will also say the same. The freshness of the show is so attractive. It is kind of a daily soap but the freshness is never seen.

Season 1 was very relatable because I will always right and fight for truth like Palak. But in season 2, she is one of the strongest girls you would ever come across. She has sacrificed her love and moved away, well I don't think I would ever be able to do that. Living with the pain and all, I won't be able to do that.

Well, as of now no. But after doing Dil Hi Toh hai, with all those romantic scenes and settings I have told everyone that if I am not getting someone this romantic in my life then I am not dating. The show has set standards of romance for me. So if anybody has this sort of romanticism then meet me, I am up for it.

Well, I want to expect it. Dil Hi Toh Hai was always a finite series of 120 episodes which got split into two series. We always knew they will part ways and later come together. So let's see if season 2 works out then we might do it.

I was approached for some. I have done something so beautiful for TV and web, so now I am searching for something as good as Dil Hi Toh Hai. And also I have shot for a long time and given to this character, so I am looking forward to a break.

I want to work on myself and also to explore what I want to do. So after this, I would want to do something different. I would love to do a web series because they are more real and there's more liberty.

Although TV will be amazing as well because when you touch someone regularly, popularity is more. So medium is not a problem, be it TV, web or film, I want a project that interests me.
