Did Kabir Singh inspire Goldie Behl to slap Kubbra Sait??

The definition of love given by Kabir Singh raised many eyebrows. People got offended that no expression of love involves that much anger. The recurring slapping in the movie irked many and the movie received a good share of brickbats. The movie got accused of dominance,  male chauvinism and big time misogyny.

The filmmaker Sandeep Reddy Vanga however tried his best to defend it all, but the fans had reservation which were not totally uncalled for. The major point of object was with the scene when Shahid Kapoor slaps his love interest Preeti at one point in the story. People said that this is not how love is expressed. 

Now Director Goldie Behl has expressed his hilarious take on the same subject and posted a video with Sacred Games' star Kubbra Sait aka Kuku. The director has openly praised the movie for it's power pact performances in the past but this new take on the expression of love is winning the internet. In the video he is seen slapping Kubbra and getting slapped in return.
