Deepika Padukone to sport Louis Vuitton for Met Gala 2022 - Reports

Deepika Padukone is one of Bollywood's most gifted and well-liked celebrities. The actress as we know, is a style icon and she always knows how to make heads turn with her chic and classy fashion choices. With her exceptional acting abilities, she has engraved a niche for herself. 

According to the most recent reports, the Bajirao Mastani actress will attend the Met Gala 2022. The Met Gala is set to take place on Monday, May 2, in New York City this year.

The leading lady will reportedly attend the Met Gala with Louis Vuitton this year. This, is in line with the latest reports on Instagram account Diet Sabya. "LV is expected to proclaim her as their global brand ambassador in April end, for which she shot in Spain after having attended the Time 100 impact award in Dubai," Diet Sabya said on Instagram.

However, no official information has been released. Met Gala was dropped last year due to the Coronavirus pandemic. At the event, the starlet has made three remarkable appearances. In 2017, she made her Met Gala debut. Deepika Padukone is an actress who is killing two birds with one stone, be it her films or her global endorsements and projects. 

On the professional front, she recently completed filming for the first instalment of Pathaan in Spain alongside Shah Rukh Khan. The film also features John Abraham and is slated to hit the big screens the next year. Deepika will also mark her presence in Fighter, opposite Hrithik Roshan. This is touted to be the first aerial action thriller which would be made on a budget of 250 crores.
