Darpan Shrivastava tipped to be the negative lead in Hawan

Rajan Shahi's Hawan which was recently launched on Colors has sworn to keep the viewers at the edge of their seats by throwing in surprising twists at regular intervals.

As there is always an evil to curb the positive element, Hawan will soon introduce a negative character who will pose a threat to Baapji in the show. A source informs, "Darpan Shrivastava who is famous for his negative characters has bagged the role of Samar Singh who has some old issues with Baapji due to which he envies Baapji and has returned back to take revenge."

When prodded further, the source states, "Samar Singh will initially behave very friendly and share a good rapport with Baapji but in reality has very bad intentions towards Baapji."

On a side note, Darpan Shrivastava will also make a comeback in Imagine TV's Baba Aiso Varr Dhundo along with Saillesh Gulabani who will play his son.

We contacted Darpan and he confirmed, "My character will soon enter the show but I can't divulge any further details about the same."

Seems like Baapji is in for some serious threat whereas the viewers for some intense drama...
