Darlings trailer to be out on 25th July: Alia Bhatt shares new poster from her upcoming dark comedy film

Fans of Alia Bhatt have every cause to be ecstatic right now. After all, the actress will soon add a fresh achievement to her record with her debut production film Darlings. The film is directed by Jasmeet K. Reen and features a fantastic cast that includes Alia, Shefali Shah, Vijay Varma, and Roshan Matthew.

The film's teaser already created a huge buzz in amongst the fans and they wanted to see more glimpse of the same.

The Gangubai Kathiawadi actress took to her social media handle and shared new posters of the film. The first image showed Alia and Shefali gazing at one other inquisitively, while the second picture showed the Gully Boy actress standing by Vijay Varma. Vijay was shown as a victim in the previous two posters, and it was clear that he was in a dire state. 

In the caption, Alia revealed that the Darlings trailer will be out on Monday (July 25). She captioned the post as, 

“Abhi ke liye ye photos dekho. Monday ko battings dikhaungi. #DarlingsOnNetflix”.

Not only fans but Alia's mother in law Neetu Kapoor too cheered for her sharing the poster on her Instagram stories.

Meanwhile, apart from Darlings which is releasing on August 5, Alia is also looking forward to the release of Brahmastra. Directed by Ayan Mukerji, Brahmastra will also star Ranbir Kapoor, Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna Akkineni, and Mouni Roy in the lead and will be hitting the screens on September 9, 2022.
