Complaint Dismissed against Ekta Kapoor's ALTBalaji series; Lack of Evidence found by Cyber Police in the Case!

Recently, Producer Ekta Kapoor's ALTBalaji Web series landed itself into trouble and was accused of showing defamatory content against the Indian Army. However, the Hyderabad Cyber Crime police has now dismissed the complaint due to the lack of evidence in the case. 

As reported in Pinkvilla, a source close to the industry shared, "A Hyderabad based complainant raised an objection against an Alt Balaji show and wanted to raise an FIR. But when the police undertook an investigation, the FIR filing was dismissed because there wasn’t anything objectionable that was found."

The souce further added, "A police department already investigated the case, went to the respective platform, saw the show and found nothing offensive." 

Recently, Bigg Boss 13 contestant Hindustani Bhau had also filed a complaint against Ekta Kapoor and Shobha Kapoor at Khar Police Station for it's series XXX. He found a particular episode in the series offensive and derogatory where a Military Personnel's wife cheats on him with another man when her husband is on a National Duty.
