Chetna Pande Bags Shreyas Talpade Starrer Sarcar Ki Seva Mein

Chetna Pande who is known for her portrayal of Jenny in Shahrukh Khan starrer Dilwale has bagged yet another Bollywood project. The actress will be seen opposite Shreyas Talpade in their upcoming film titled Sarcar Ki Seva Mein.

The film is co-produced by Hariharan Iyer’s Saish Venture Solutions Pvt Ltd and Raj Bhattacharya’s Aum Sai Raaj Films. Also, Shreyas has once again donned the director’s hat for the movie after making his directorial debut with Poster Boys. The film is set in a small village of Uttar Pradesh and revolves around a man who doesn’t want to serve the government but ends up working for it. 

Talking to India Forums, Chetna revealed some interesting details about the movie and her character. “It’s basically based on a real story. I’m playing a character whose name is Ruby, she is an aspiring lawyer, who hails from Lucknow. She stands for everything she feels right and the film shows how things change when she is in love with a guy and her father is making her get married to someone else and how she goes against him. Later, they get into a mess together.”

Chetna participated in the first season of MTV India’s Ace of Space and is also a part of Producer Vikas Gupta’s much-awaited Class of 2020.
