Cause of Death Revealed: Nick Gordon Died of a Heroin Overdose

The saga surrounding both Bobbi Kristina Brown and boyfriend, Nick Gordon seems to have finally been settled in its own way.

Bobbi was the daughter of legendary actor, Whitney Houston who died at the age of 22 due to lobar pneumonia back in 2015. Her boyfriend, Nick Gordon was seemingly found guilty in her death and was even ordered to pay $36 million but he too, died on 1st January 2020.

The circumstances that Gordon died in wasn't known earlier but it seems that has now been known. According to reports, Gordon died of a suspected heroin overdose.

His manner of death is listed as accidental. The document states that Gordon was found unresponsive and in cardiac arrest. He was administered Narcan and hospitalized for seven hours prior to being declared dead. 

"My heart is heavy today after learning that my longtime client Nick Gordon died at the young age of thirty," his attorney told E! News at the time. "While I cannot speak to the specific circumstances of his death, I can say that it's been truly heartbreaking to have witnessed firsthand the total devastation that drug addiction has wreaked upon a group of young friends, all of whom were loved and had immense potential."
