Bringing together different cultures, ‘Mehndi Hai Rachne Waali’ shoots in prime locations of Hyderabad

Set up in Hyderabad, Star Plus’ upcoming show ‘Mehndi Hai Rachne Waali’ has already acquired a lot of traction ever since the launch of its very first promo. New Talent Shivangi Khedkar (Pallavi Deshmukh) and Sai Ketan Rao (Raghav Reddy) will soon be seen essaying lead roles in the show. Taking entertainment a notch higher, the leads along with the rest of the cast and crew recently spent few weeks shooting the opening episodes in Hyderabad. 

Also, bringing in authentic content and feel to the audiences, the entire well-designed sets are set-up in Kolhapur, Maharashtra and the show will be shot there entirely. Unlike other shows who have their sets in Mumbai, ‘Mehndi Hai Rachne Waali’ will have permanent sets in Kolhapur city where the entire cast and crew will be stationed in the coming days

Talented actress Shivangi Khedkar who shoots for her first outdoor sequence amid the pandemic shares her experience and much more “Coming from the Telgu industry, Hyderabad has been home to me. This happens to be my first outdoor shoot amid the pandemic and I was super glad that it was held in Hyderabad itself. The entire shoot was conducted with utmost precaution ensuring the safety of all cast and crew members. It was indeed a memorable experience and I consider myself fortunate to be a part of this team.”

Talking about his experience while shooting in Hyderabad, versatile actor Sai Ketan Rao mentioned “Hyderabad, is my hometown and I treasure a lot of special memories in the city. I was extremely happy and excited on hearing that we were going to shoot in Hyderabad. The unit took a lot of care of us and also ensured that all safety measures were taken as we shot our opening scenes in prime locations like in front of the iconic Charminar. Besides that, I enjoyed exploring the city once again along with my co-stars and also being supported and surrounded by our fans. Hope our fans continue to always shower us with love and support.” 

Other cast and crew members like Milind Phatak, Asmita Khatkhate, Snehal Reddy, Ajinkya Joshi, Rutuja Sawant, Priyanka Dhavale, and Sayli Salunkhe were also present along with the leads actors as they shot in real locations of Hyderabad.
