Bollywood's hottest women are getting their beauty sleep together

Amid the coronavirus pandemic and the entire nation under a lockdown, Bollywood’s sassiest ladies are getting their beauty sleep in one frame. 

Kareena Kapoor Khan who recently made her debut on social media shared a post with her gang of girls. It is a collage with Malaika Aroa, Malika Bhat, Amrita Arora, Kareena and Karisma Kapoor’s napping pictures as a collage as they follow social distancing. Starting from the top corner we have Malaika Arora catching on her beauty sleep in a white tank and denims, right has Malika Bhat, Kareena right in the centre sleeping as she sports her classic pout, Amrita Arora on the bottom left and Karisma Kapoor at the end sleeping while sporting reading glasses. 

There was a time, when these women were seen painting the town red together, however today as India is practising self quarantining they are still bonding over video calling.  

It is quite nice to see Kareena and her gang of girls setting an example for the rest of the world to chill at home. It can involve just spending time with your family, reading, watching movies, self care or plain simple catching on sleep. If we take it in a positive spirit, this time can be used in a very productive way, without actually being in a haste of getting somewhere or finishing a task. This is a perfect opportunity to reboot and relax. 

Sleep being the most integral part of our daily life, should be sound and clock in eight hours at least in order to maintain a healthy body and life. For women it is extremely essential when it comes to our beauty routine it is when we sleep that your skin repairs and recovers.
