Bigg Boss 14 finalist Rubina Dilaik: The fights, the lows and more

Bigg Boss 14 is one day away from its finale and everyone has had quite the roller coaster ride in the house. Currently, of the top 5 in the house, Rubina Dilaik is currently the only housemate who has been in the house since day 1 and is one of the most loved contestants. 

Her journey in the house has seen various of her shades, including emotional side, fights, and more. She entered the show with husband Abhinav Shukla and while she has made friends, she has indeed been one lone warrior in the housing, fighting her own battles, speaking up, and never backing down. With her journey coming to an end as Bigg Boss finale is almost here, here are some of the highlights of her journey.

Keeping up in the beginning 

Everyone saw how Rubina had a rather difficult time in the beginning as she tried to put her point forward, but was often mistaken or misunderstood. While she was always strong and continues to be as far as her points of view are concerned, however, despite the reaction, she never backed down. In fact, she was also called out by Bigg Boss himself for trying to make changes in the house rules as per her convenience.

Changing equations with housemates

Rubina has been called dominating, and bossy on several instances, however, she always fought back. Apart from her fights with Eijaz Khan and Rahul Vaidya, her equation with Jasmin Bhasin, who seemed to have become her friend, also turned sour over the due course of time. In fact, Salman Khan has also indirectly mentioned similar things, however, it is something that did not deter her from being herself.

Friendship and then divide with Jasmin

Jasmin and Rubina started off on a great note and they were like best friends in the house. However, over time, things seemed to have gone down between the duo and the Panchayat task only made things worse for the two. Following that, Aly Goni and Abhinav Shukla, who were friends with each other's partners, tried to have things move up, however, nothing worked out. Nonetheless, Rubina has expressed on multiple occasions how she wished that it did not happen and they continued being friends. However, Jasmin was not keen on being her friend and she made the same clear.

The revelation of their secret

Rubina took to Bigg Boss to reveal how her and Abhinav's marriage was at the brink of a divorce and with Bigg Boss, they indeed gave their marriage a chance of sorts. While it was a shock for everyone who heard about it, however, they fought through together, and have come out stronger.

Highs and lows with Abhinav

Abhinav and Rubina both maintained their stands and while the former was often seen trying to the latter understand things, the two pulled it off. Both of them have always been each other's support and faced everything that came together. Even post Abhinav's exit, he told Rubina to win the trophy and they also shared a rather emotional moment during Valentine's day celebration and also asked her to marry her once again. Of all the moments, it sure turned out to be one of the most adorable highlights of her entire journey.

Rubina asking for help

Rubina is a strong woman, and there is no doubting that, but the fact that she admitted that she wanted help with her mental health sure was a welcome move. At a time when so much is being spoken about mental health, these are the kind of things that she spoke that after all make a difference.
